Strength: Back Squat –  5-5-5

Conditioning: ‘Nicole’

20 min for maximum
pull-ups:

400m run
Max set of pull-ups

Rest as needed then: Max OH hold (135/95)

INJURIES BEWARE

Many of you know how I was injured, dying to work out, but I stuck with not working out to get better.

Watch out for injuries!!
