Deadlift (255lbs / 155lbs)

Push-ups

Pull-ups

Dumbell Push Press (45lbs / 25lbs)

Sit-ups

Thursday night class doing 10 sumo deadlift high pulls and 10 thrusters.

As many rounds as you can in 20 mins.  Was a tough one.
