As much rest as needed
Part 3
200M Row
Thrusters (95lbs/65lbs)
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,
Do a 200M row than 10 thrusters, 200M row 9 thrusters, 200M row 8 thrusters, end with 1 thruster.
