WOD

This is a three-part work out:  A full hour for those who do not do 3 days on 1 day off.

Going for Endurance here!!

Part 1

3 Rounds of

2:00 Minute Skip

1:30 Plank

3:00 Minute Break

Part 2

6 Rounds of

8 Lunges with weight (40lbs/30lbs) (each leg 16 total)

8 Box Jumps (20′”)

As much rest as needed

Part 3

200M Row

Thrusters (95lbs/65lbs)

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1,

Do a 200M row than 10 thrusters, 200M row 9 thrusters, 200M row 8 thrusters, end with 1 thruster.
