“Filthy Fifties”

Do 50 of each of each exercise, 50 minute time limit!

Box Jump, 24″/20
Jumping Pull-ups
KB Swings, 1 pood

Walking Lunges

Knees to Elbows
Push Press, 45 lbs
Back Extensions
Wallballs, 20/14 lbs ball
Burpees
Double Unders (150 if Skipping)

Sweat on the floor, common post CrossFit occurance!
