WOD
On a treadmill With a 12lb weighted vest.
Run the first 200 M on incline 1 as fast as you can.
Increase the incline by 1 every 200M until the treadmill does not incline anymore.
(example 1rst 200M incline 1, 2nd 200 M incline 2, 3rd 200m incline 3 ect.)
Keep the pace as fast as possible.
