WOD 800 M Run 30 V-Sits 30 Box Jumps 30 Pull Ups 800 M Row 30 Knee to Elbows 30 Thrusters (M=95lbs W=65lbs) 30 Burpees 800 M Run Candace Zazula now a true CrossFit-er.  Broke skin on the pull ups.  Great Job Candace
